Welcome to iPlumbify! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of iPlumbify’s website and services. By accessing this website and using our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use iPlumbify’s website or services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Company: Refers to iPlumbify, the owner of the website and service provider.
Client: Refers to any individual or business that uses iPlumbify’s services.
Services: Refers to the plumbing, drain cleaning, and related services provided by iPlumbify.
2. We will carry out work during our normal business hours which are 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. We may be able to work outside our normal business hours at an additional charge.
iPlumbify offers plumbing and drain cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. The specific services provided will be detailed in a service agreement or invoice issued to the Client.
We will do our best to complete the work and provide the goods and materials for the quoted amount. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we may incur additional costs above the quoted amount. In this event, will let you know immediately and explain the reasons for the additional costs and ask you to accept an amended quote to cover the additional costs.
We guarantee* labour for 28 days from the date of completion of the work provided for domestic customers and 28 days from the date of completion of the work provided for commercial customers. Our guarantee* will not apply where faults are caused wholly or in part by your (or any other person’s) misuse or neglect of those goods and materials or as a result of fair wear and tear. Any guarantee* we offer does not affect your legal rights including those rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if applicable, and any laws that replace it. You can get information about your rights from Citizens Advice or Trading Standards.
We will not be responsible for our failure to meet any of our obligations under this agreement because of circumstances beyond our control. If you are a tenant you will need your landlord’s permission to allow us to carry out the work. If the property is a listed building you may require planning permission. In either case it is your responsibility to obtain any permission required for the work. A service agreement must be signed by both the Client and iPlumbify before any work commences. This agreement will outline the scope of work, estimated costs, and any specific terms related to the service.
Fees: The Client agrees to pay all fees for the services provided by iPlumbify as outlined in the service agreement or invoice.
Payment Due Date: Payments are due within invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the service agreement.

Cancellations: Clients may cancel a scheduled service by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a service appointment by contacting iPlumbify at least 24 hours in advance.
Access: The Client must provide iPlumbify with access to the property where services are to be performed.
Utilities: The Client must ensure that all necessary utilities are available for iPlumbify to complete the work.
Information: The Client must provide accurate and complete information about the plumbing issues or service needs.
Damages: iPlumbify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Warranty: iPlumbify provides a [30]-day warranty on labor only parts supplied are not covered. If any issues arise within this period, iPlumbify will address them at no additional cost.
Insurance: iPlumbify is fully insured and will cover any damages directly caused by our work up to the limits of our insurance policy.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
